How do you unwind after a demanding day? When I have had a particularly long day….just being in my STUDIO lets me unwind. Even just getting there….to sit in quietude soothes me. I suppose it’s the process of creating….being surrounded by the colours and materials…..music.
How do you use social media? At one point…it was just to be nosey….voyeur….curious. Now I use social media to document my art process…give insights into my studio practice and learn from other creatives. What’s the most fun way to exercise? Without a doubt (for me anyway)….hands down….dancing is the most fun way to exercise. Nothing beats it….the adrenaline…the stomping…the music….what’s not to like? Dancing is my go to…all day any day. I remember way back when thinking Mr Motivator was the bee’s knees! Exercising in the studio!
